So that means we're at a #1 seed host with following possibilities:
UT - Austin, TX = let's go Carleigh & popsof1
Uconn - Storrs, CT = let's go Carys & Mackie and fam
USCe - Columbia, SC = let's go North Carolina team (Samyha & Kate)
UCLA - Los Angeles = this is the worst. Maybe LA-native Lani White would root for us?

In other words, will they send VT to Columbia in the hopes that VT fans will travel there, as opposed to Texas, Connecticut, or California?

Crowd isn't emphasized by broadcasts anyway. Would be nice for our traveling "home" crowd.
