Does anyone know if Coach Duffy recruits international players

Does Canada count? but also one from Australia (natch) and a girl from Denmark.
I'm not sure how hard it is though, at least in tennis you can go to youtube and see all these players say from Europe marketing themselves, imagine it's the same for basketball etc. too. Kenny's got that one asst who's from Latvia or somewhere? so guessing she does some scouting.

From little I know- she would need a few paid talent scouts and a big coach
