April 22 deadline to enter transfer portal. Except for graduate transfers

who can enter anytime. Next 19 days we will see a lot more transfers. It's a disadvantage every year for teams who make it to Elite 8 and beyond coz they are unable to recruit and bring them in for visits until after NC game is over. Those coaches have been complaining that the transfer portal should not start until after the Ncaa tournament is over.
