They have totally messed up the seeds or I don’t understand that they are
doing. It’s like they have grouped them by 8 so each bracket has a World Series representative instead of being seed by first round region. I suppose the last half of the bracketed will have 3s and 6s and 4s and 5s?.

A 7 seed is in the 25-28 group. And so on.
33-64 are unseeded.
