I know that 3 game stretch last month was a killer in terms of hosting, but
I really hate that these women have two losses hanging over them while the flu was running through the team. I get it, it happens, but it sucks to have those losses factoring into the equation. They're gutsy though, and look forward to what kind of a run they can put together no matter where they are playing!

enough credit. FSU struggled with them in their series and squeaked by them in the quarterfinals in the tournament. That series losses aint great on paper but they are a solid team.

In an of itself, the GT series was not the key factor. In isolation, it was not. But the three game losing streak dropped us in the polls and such. Win 2 of those 3, we don't drop. We likely rise.
We could have withstodd earlier losses as we were already respected enought to be higher in the rankings. We got to 11th, along with the commensurate ratings. We dropped to 18th and 20th and dropped in the minds of people.

Firmly believe we win any one of GTx2, LU, Mich St. we’re a host. Would’ve kept us in single digit Ls. Mich St is the one we really needed to have back.
