Just in time for Wednesday, Liberty's stock is up
They are one of the teams mentioned in Softball America's Stock Up Report along with LSU and Michigan:
"The Flames aren’t going away just yet. Liberty still holds a losing overall record and lacks a quality Power Four win, but it sits just behind Jax State in the Conference USA standings after taking a series from Western Kentucky.
""They’ve found something in transfers Camden Anders (Georgia Tech) and Gabby Mike (Duke), both of whom have thrived in conference play. Each holds a conference-only ERA under 2.10 after limited innings at their previous Power Four stops as freshmen. Alexia Carrasquillo has also emerged as the team’s top hitter.
"Liberty shouldn’t be overlooked once the Conference USA Tournament begins, as it looks to sneak back into the postseason picture."

Before Sunday's games, Stanford had already jumped VT in RPI (#18 versus #19) and they now have eight Top 25 wins.
"Despite earlier series losses to Louisville, Notre Dame and Duke—and a split with Saint Mary’s—Stanford still had a hosting-caliber resume."
"The Cardinal won’t leave California for the rest of the regular season, with home series against NC State and Cal, plus midweeks against Fresno State and Santa Clara."

"If Stanford avoids any slip-ups, it has a strong chance to make a final push for hosting consideration heading into the ACC Tournament."

double the amount of losses compared to Tech. Its not like Tech does not have quite a few top 25 wins themselves. If the regular season was over today and Standford was picked ahead of VT to host I would have a major issue with that.
