Whit has his own 40 slide presentation to the Board Of Visitors, but this particular slide is from the 2026-2032 Capital Outlay Plan that covers the entire university.
I have no idea what "Softball Park Improvements" means but hopefully it's a good thing.

Softball improvements have been on the list before, with no progress made. This submitted places softball too low on the list for me to get excited about it.
One of these days we’ll find that 6 (or 7) digit donor. Until then, don’t expect significant facility changes.

Tennis needs a lot of improvements. They had an excellent opportunity to significantly improve the tennis facilities before the pandemic but poor administration/fundraising effort and planning killed that.
