Do we want money or butts in the seats? Also Ark isn’t good example

Season ticket section for UT is typically the emptiest section. Just because people buy them does mean they’ll show. People would buy them to support the program and only come when it’s warm or a big series. FSU, Clemson, Duke and maybe UNC/ND/UVA would be a draw, but who’s gonna want to see Syracuse, Pitt, NC St, BC, UL, etc. Arkansas is a bad comp because of the huge SEC tv money plus their stadium is way nicer than ours and can pack them in on an outfield hill if memory serves me correct. Once again not an option for us. Not saying I’m against charging for admission just the whole beating a dead horse topic to me, sorry. Plus this is coming from a someone who hasn’t paid for a softball game in probably 20 years.
