Emma: 5 Batters faced. 0 outs. 4 walks. 1 Hit batter. 18 balls. 10 strikes.
Sophie: 2 Batters faced. 1 out. 1 walk. 13 balls. 6 strikes.
I think it's very clear that pitcher 2 was far more effective in this weather condition. Even if Sophie wasn't, it was clear Emma wasn't... so we kind of went down with the ship under some assumption that nobody else could steer it.
