I was at the game. And I've watched the replay. If an alternative

reality machine is necessary to make speculative comments about alternative decisions and their potential outcomes, then discussions would be greatly reduced on all boards. So, that's kind of a nonsensical comment. Lemley, not her fault, was left in too long. Shouldn't have taken 5 batters and a tie game to realize she was struggling in this environment. You can watch the replay yourself. Watch the rain in the top half of the 7th. Still coming down. I am sure people at the game have different opinions depending on their lens. If the situation were reversed many of the people making VT out to be a victim would not have felt the same way.
