Rittman has paid his dues and much deserving of any accolades. What he deserves is to be paid what he is worth as a future (good chance) hall of fame coach. Doubt any of the ACC Softball coaches (other than Lonnie) even sniff the National top 20 in coaches pay. No ACC AD would substantially dare break the 'tier pay' of these minor sport coaches. 'It's just Softball'.
