Only Georgia is ahead of us in the RPI. The SEC has won 84% of its non-conference games. The ACC has won 68%. That's why the SEC schools come out so well in polls. I am sure somewhere has a head-to-head record of ACC vs. SEC this year. That would be interesting to know. I don't think the "powers" are influencing these picks. If we were 3-1 against GT and Liberty instead of 1-3 I think we would still be in a good position to host.
