Any time. If the catcher is flexed, the DP and catcher can switch. I played against another coach who always flexed his catcher (who was smaller) so he could swap her in as a runner once the DP got on and not burn a pinch runner.

A pitcher can re-enter once as a pitcher.

I believe she can only sub once. It would have to be a different pitcher
