Having grown up a Stanford fan, this is extremely accurate.

A lot of the fan base is older and remembers the glory years of Elway and Rose Bowls, etc. etc. Now, it's just apathy, and the opponents are just kinda.... there. Nobody's really into the outcome enough to care much. ** Edited by TechHokie13 at 3/29/2025, 1:11:00 PM

Stanford is a very, very good team. They are not easy to like, however.
