I agree with you about the potential negative impact on walk-ons

from the proposed limits. Track is the sport where it will have the largest impact. A 45-person roster limit will force many teams to cut walk-ons, since many D1 teams track and cross country teams have a lot of walk-ons and are therefore well above the proposed roster size limits. There should be a way to allow walk-ons that are not receiving NIL, but just want to continue practicing and competing in their sport.
