Natty... I have no doubt that your heart lies strongly with a fantastic goal of helping VT succeed on (and hopefully off) the fields/courts. Assuming that you do "give money. Big money"... thank you! Why, however, must you continually be so negative (particularly with regard to our softball coach)? If you don't like him, or what he has done with VT Softball, you might consider that you are so loud in your complaints that the audience here generally just disregards your lopsided opinions (most of us have our own lopsided opinions in another direction). Freedom of speech is wonderful. Being open-minded and aware of our flaws is critical. Being a loud-mouth basher of others (anonymously) is just disrespectful noise. I don't like all of the juvenile name-calling that goes on throughout the board, but at least most of it is directed at our opponents, not at our own. For the most part, this is a fan board, and it is a lot more pleasant if we keep it that way. Your message might have been received if you had kept it to "So time to give money. Big money" and resisted the effort to slam the board and the coach with the implication that they aren't helping. At the risk of myself being too negative, I'll shut up now. Readers - please like here if you share my thoughts... maybe I'm off-base and would like some sense of whether I'm on the right track or not.
