So the clams were part of a research project? (tic)

As I just posted above lot of good eats but those were a pleasant surprise. I've followed all the reseeding of the Chesapeake bay for Oysters and how that is going but never realized there were pretty good clams too, restaurants aways seem to be from Massachusetts or somewhere and this place has been around over a century. Well, OK! (Or maybe I've always ordered fried clams, Just haven't ordered them steamed?) ** Edited by `lag at 4/5/2026, 10:15:36 AM
