Two teams were under 2.0, Bama and Nebraska. UCLA was the outlier @ 3.3. For perspective VT averaged 4.22. Only one team (Mississippi) in either the ACC or SEC walked more batters than the Hokies. But, to be fair, only three teams (Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi State) struck out more batters. ** Edited by MidloHokie at 5/25/2026, 7:59:03 AM
