The House settlement......
is pure and utter garbage from an operations perspective. There is an approximate 150% increase in roster limits alone and they bear very little correlation to the operating characteristics of the individual sports. It is almost like they stuck the proposed limits on a wall in a room full of blind monkeys throwing darts and took the result of wherever the dart landed. The people involved with this settlement should be ashamed of themselves.
