Here's a chart with the new limits per sport

Softball went from 12 to 25 scholarships, but not every school will fund all 25. VT has not published any information on that topic and when directly asked by a donor, the Hokie Club replied that they so not have that information. Of note, both FSU and Clemson have announced that they will fully fund all 25. One overlooked part of the settlement is that these numbers are also roster limits, even if there are walk-ons on the roster. So even though football went from 85 to 105 scholarships, that number also represents the maximum numbers of players allowed on the team.
