The beginning of the season is when numbers are often inflated until they normalize over a small sample size. Rohs is a .220 career hitter after two years worth of ABs. Odds of her becoming a .280 to .300 hitter next year? Low. By her senior year when she is stronger? Maybe. But even then she would likely be no better than a .250 to .280 career hitter only if she really improved. Blackwell. Does she have the size/strength to elevate her average?
