We still played quality competition. Not nearly as crowded. Easier to hang out with Hokie fans. I wish we could host a tournament like that. Get one high level opponent, play them twice and then add a couple other decent programs. That gave us an opportunity to play new people and experiment a little. We got 5 games in each time (rain-out aside). I do understand that at Clearwater, nearly all opponents are high level. But, our problem this year was not our out of conference schedule.
