Just shows that you don't have to throw 70 to be successful. Spot/Spin>Velo

As well as varying speeds. I would rather have a pitcher that throws a 10-12 pitch inning and gets weak contact outs than one that lives on strikeouts and walks batters/gives up homers. Although I am a bit biased because my daughter is a weak contact pitcher at this point in her career at 14 and throws mostly upper 50's hitting 60 every once in a while. She is very efficient and lets her defense work behind her.
