Appy has a strange tie breaker. The home team chooses to take offense or

Defense. The team then starts with a runner on first. If they score they win. If they fail to score they lose. Game ended 9-9. PULASKI chose offense. Failed to score. ** Edited by Hokie-2x at 7/4/2026, 10:02:14 AM

It was an ugly way to lose. At one point they led I think 7-3. Had bases

More like "credit" for a win instead of a real win? Maybe the official

Tell me you won without really winning
TomTurkey 07/04/26 03:11 PM ET
Yeah the offense hardly scored but did their job giving the defense time

Now, Tom. You know we won it all in 1999. Since games went only 3Qs then. **
