Two good coaches at schools that are highly attractive . .

for different reasons who were able to promise virtually every current player instant playing time. NC State won the ACC in the program's third year of existence. It's not all that difficult to get good quick as player development is not nearly as important as recruiting. Land a #1 or two and you're in business.
