Kind of a fuzzy award in ways, I see "improvement" being the biggest

input, partly to avoid it being redundant with the person who had the best record, but who's to say that in football Dabo isn't the best coach year after year?

I could argue Pete has good bonafides on improvement too, for going from "really good" to "great" On the other hand, he won it in 2019 so absolutely think that works against him winning it again so soon.

Toss-up here, I can see him getting it, the team is in places it hasn't been in a long time.
