Are there enough hotels in the Roanoke area large enough to accommodate

hosting a regional plus any other events going on in the region at the time? It is my understanding that Roanoke has recently seen a decline in the number of hotels. It may have been that the NCAA Committee wasn't necessarily opposed to the solution, but the solution wouldn't have solved the problem because of the lack of available rooms for the entire window of the Regionals.

There are enough in Blacksburg. If VT bothered to reserve them in time. I
