Looked like maybe a blister on the index finger of her throwing hand
The way she spins the ball probably puts a lot of pressure on that area. I used newskins back in the day for pitching blisters but dermabond is popular today. Hopefully we won't need her tomorrow so she'll be totally healed by next weekend.
