Any time I read "full staff approach" it's concerning. Hopefully . .

. . . it proves to be 'coachspeak'. Success (defined as at least making the NCAA regionals) will depend on Mazz being at least a Lemley-level go-to pitcher. It's fine to hit balls over the scoreboard but, ultimately, the game is about the circle.
