At first I found it annoying and wondered if the distraction could cause her to make a misplay. I would think most coaches would discourage that. I know ours would. But, then I started to appreciate it. And the kids love it and stay very engaged. She is also very available to them after the game. I just read this on her Instagram "Still processing it all, but one thing’s for sure ............ Yes, we were loud. Yes, we played with passion. Yes, we slammed our bats sometimes.Love it or hate it, we always showed up as our full, authentic selves. Anything less would be a disservice to who we are — and to everyone who’s ever loved us for exactly that.🤸🏼‍♀️💛 She made it sound like the decision to enter the portal wasn't hers.
