I agree about developing more control. I'd love to see us throw
better pitches when we are ahead 0-2 & 1-2 in the count. Our "waste" pitches are so non-competitive, they do not tempt opposing hitters to chase. Next thing you know, the count is full.
Even better, let's not start every batter with a 2-0 count
