I was directly behind plate looking up the river of RH box. Ump was

in consistent to say the least. He would be calling a pretty consistent zone ..then just fall off for 1/2 inning. As a coach all i ask is that blue be consistent. Whatever your calling stick with it, so we know what/where to attack and can make offensive adjustments as well. Example..the stanford lead off hitter. Exact pitch -Rang her up 1st and last at bat. Middle at bat he called a definite K a ball and she hits HR on next pitch. The one called a ball was better than the last he called a strike. He definitely had his issues.

One way to call the pitch is to watch the catcher's glove. If the glove
