A B1G Blogger
The blogger to my knowledge has little gravitas -and I cant speak to the validity of any of his assumptions. But hardly any B1G media folks - irrelevant or otherwise, seem to view VT has a legit B1G expansion play but this guy does.

I've always said that VT would be a quality candidate for the Big Ten...
...if anyone up north cared to take a look.
Big time football. And academic profile that fits just fine in the B10.
We are borderline AAU, if that even matters. Wouldn't be surprised if we have it by 2030.

Both times they mentioned VT with UNC too. 🤔
PS They are back to saying football ratings matter most again 🤔

puts a lot of emphasis on CBS and NBC along with FOX. As a B12 guy, I'd rather the B12 have those media outlets rather than ESPN.
