soon will be the day when the universities’ traditional names will be
(parallel posted on football, basketball and subscribers board) replaced with the names of the corporations who purchase “naming rights” of the school. McDonalds Longhorns Bucees Buckeyes Purdue Gamecocks ( this might confuse a few folk at first) ColoGuard Cavaliers Dr Schols Tar Heels Hariboo Bruins Seresto Bulldogs Trojan Trojans United Way Volunteers Southern Baptist Deacons Gillette Razorbacks maybe the federal government will even get involved: the NOAA Hurricanes maybe even international buyouts: Republic of Ireland Irish ** Edited by HtownHokie at 7/2/2026, 3:27:49 PM
