Credit Card, and waiting a few years before we pay for it. But eventually the bill comes due, and you realize how much money you spent, and the interest will kill you. In the long run, none of these schools are going to increase our per school payout, and travel costs are going to add up.

And they were a Top15 football program just a few years ago, unlike our own football program.
They also have a top-10 football recruiting class this year, and that was before this announcement.
But sure, say Stanford is trash all you want. Hilarious. I remember about a month or two ago on this board when Oregon and Washington were trash too because “nobody wanted them”. That aged well.

…and the fact that it’s done. It’s a fact now. It’s real life.
And it was done by parties on both sides that have a whole lot more knowledge and information on this topic than you and I.
And your argument is basically “they suck”.
We don’t even know the final financial details yet (what’s the $$ reward for winning the ACC?)

…they are beyond thrilled.
That 24x7 site sucks though (have to pay for actual content). We are spoiled on this site, many teams don’t have free boards.

They're highly ranked schools in the Bay Area. Their lack of fans is why no other conference wanted them and they were available to join the ACC s---show.
