Pitt/Louisville gain a permanent home in the #3 conference earning more money joining WVU and Cincy. They may also feel pressure to beat BC, Syracuse, and Miami who may jump them in line for B12. Pitt/Louisville would only do so with a B12 offer in hand. They also could be showered in cash from the 6 who get SEC/B1G money without lawsuits or buyouts.

Miami would be 7th but unsure of an 8th (GT, Pitt, Louisville, Syracuse, BC). Perhaps just Miami (for 7) and B1G goes ND or another Pac school. Would need buy off one vote and that one vote would be quite the financial windfall.

went for stability, and it was a winner. The ACC needs to operate like they will lose the top 4 schools. If you pass on schools now, like you have in the past, I don't think this ends well. Negotiate the exit fees, and take the money. If VT has an invite, great. If they don't, it's not too late to keep the ACC strong. To hell with FSU, take their money.
