Primarily from Subscriber increases for the ACC Network

Texas and California have about 69 million in population. That's a lot of cable subscribers in those states that will increase from low subscriber rates up to about $1 per month. And the ACC should push ESPN to give a bump for the late night games. We also have pro rata so that no one else will have lower revenue. The travel and quality of life issues for the student athletes has to be the sticking points.
