Notre Dame is not joining the ACC. Period. Especially now.

Navy is a national school and shouldn't be stuck on the East Coast. And I'm not sure they want to play an ACC schedule in football or basketball. I don't think there are any good options. But if you want to add four, just take the Pac-4, or go with Memphis, SMU, Tulane and UConn. Four new states for the ACCN. But neither of these moves is going increase money by very much if at all, and it surely isn't going to increase our profile. Small time.
