Which is why this looks more like a PR campaign instead of a legal/implementation strategy. Stir things up, develop the details (if any) later (if ever), make as big a deal as possible about as little as possible.
Finebaum's video is more interesting. My interpretation is this is ESPN saying that FSU will remain one of their properties one way or another.
