No matter the situation the B12 only sprinkles the East. They should go all
in on the West. Let WVU and Cincy go to the ACC, and then get two new states out west in Oregon and Washington with Oregon State and Washington State. Ratings are about rivalries. Those two make a lot more since in the B12 than the isolated two of WVU and Cincy. One the other hand, WVU and Cincy would have plenty of ACC schools that are close to them.
PS We know that it's a matter of time for Cal, Stanford, Oregon and Washington to go the B!G, it's not if, it's when!
