Back in early 80s WVU was one of our best selling games, usually getting 50,000 in attendance, when otherwise 30,000 or so fans would show up for the rest of our games. Making the left onto 460 from the WV Turnpike on gameday would have the longest backup! ACC whiffed during expansion IMHO.
