I look at it as a carrot to ND

He's publicly saying "we are ready to grab any number of these schools at any time". And that gives ND some options to pick who they would want to dance with. If ND absolutely wants Stanford and doesn't care about anyone else, then it could be ND, Standford and two others that the BIG picks to get to 20. I now feel that 20 is their target. And if they get to 20, then the SEC and ACC are forced to act. Because the SEC has ego and wants to keep up and the ACC would be too small to keep up (plus lose ND). August is going to be very interesting with the ND contract and the BIG contract. Then possibly more moves before the season starts.
