Sounds like Fake News or a tease for a PR clean up.

Maybe they are nervous about the current California government interference. Maybe they realize that completely destroying a great and well respected conference isn't being viewed favorably by people who actually watch and attend college football games. Or maybe, they somehow think this will turn up the heat on ND. I don't see how, but the B1G and ACC obsession with ND makes them do illogical things. If they want UO, UW and Cal/Stanford, why wait? Waiting just diminishes their reputation and value. Warren is a double talker. Talks about being bold and aggressive, but needs "time to study" these schools? What a joke.
