I'm surprised there has been so little government involvement in all this
Courts, Congress, state legislatures, the federal bureaucracy?
There seems to be no guardrails. And a lot of quality schools that have made big investments are going to be left behind. A lot of people's livelihoods are at the mercy of others outside of their control. Sure, most businesses face this. But not to this extent.
