Outside of the B1G and SEC
There are still at least 16 teams that can form a comparable third power conference. P12 remnants and the ACC need to find a way to get this done. The problem is, we don't know if the B1G and SEC bloodlust has been satisfied. ACC is somewhat safe due to GOR, but we should be discussing next steps with P10. There is hope.

i'm pretty sure greedy uscw + labears only looked at academics 2 seconds,
