Ross Dillinger, we can only have 14 in 2026, that’s not guaranteed. January

commissioners will meet on whether 12 or 14 in the playoff. You would think all the commissioners would want more teams, but how would that affect the Conference Championship games? Supposedly the Conference Commissioners don’t want to give up the money from the Championship game, so he doesn’t see those games ending.
