And just like that looks like FSU stays another year..............
REPORT: Florida State 'Most Likely' Not Leaving ACC Prior To August 15 Deadline
The Seminoles may take the next year to devise an exit strategy ahead of potential ACC departure.

The relationship between Florida State and the ACC isn't in the best of places right now. FSU has even put pressure on the conference, as the program needs adequate resources to dominate the college football scene.
Florida State President Richard McCullough and the Board of Trustees made their position clear a few weeks ago.
"I believe FSU, at some point, will have to very seriously consider leaving the ACC unless there was a radical change to the revenue distribution," McCullough said.
In the meantime, FSU has plenty of obstacles in the way of a potential departure, including a media deal between the conference and ESPN through 2036.
The Athletic's Nicole Auerbach reported on Monday that an ACC team wanting to depart next season would have to give notice by Aug. 15, which FSU has yet to do.
The reasons for Florida State's unrest can be made obvious as Auerbach pointed out that Boston College will be receiving the same share of revenue as Florida State.
"FSU is set for the same payout from the conference as Boston College, despite vast differences in the two athletic departments' investment in revenue-generating sports and large gaps in the number of eyeballs they draw for football games," Auerbach wrote.
Again, if the Seminoles want to depart from the conference, they've got hurdles they've got to jump.
According to Auerbach, the most 'likely outcome' at this hour is that the Seminoles don't make a move on Tuesday.
By not rushing any decision to leave the conference, FSU gives themselves time to make the correct decision. The Big Ten and SEC are two potential landing spots for the program, and deciding between the two and getting an offer on the table will be important to give the university leverage when trying to get out of the ACC.
"One trustee suggested earlier this month that FSU give itself a year to figure out its exit strategy from the ACC," Auerbach writes. "That could be the best option right now."
Regardless, Florida State can't wait to make a move much longer or risk further falling behind the programs in the SEC and Big Ten that are raking in serious cash thanks to media deals.
