still will owe their media $ to ACC -including bowl money? No getting more than anyone else as no revenue sharing with a conference. Are they thinking they will get Notre Dame money? They won't necessarily have an in to 12 team playoff either as I would doubt Stankey and BIG would want an "independent" to take one of the last 6 spots after conference champs. They would have to be super good I would think. Exception would be ND of course. They should note if they get in BIG reduced payout as Oregon and Wash, maybe the SEC too if they get n there. Their schedule would get tougher to have creds for playoff. I suppose they would say "thinking long term"but I am not sure how far down the road. Schools are projecting gazillions but that is too much money IMHO. All this "barking" by them and others sounds like panic mode due to recent events. Flea on the hot griddle thinking. Hopefully things will settle down and some clarity re media direction(s), money etc. BTW I can't see 7-8 teams leaving ACC anytime soon so might as well settle in and continue to try to grow this conference. Anyway, what do you hear about how the quarterbacks are doing?
