If things go to hell…

and the ACC loses multiple members to the SEC and B1G, but VT isn’t one of them would joining the Big 12 be a bad idea? Or would forming a conference with some the schools below be just as good as the Big 12 or remaining PAC 12 schools? Boston College Central Florida Cincinnati Coastal Carolina East Carolina Georgia Tech Louisville Memphis Pittsburgh South Florida Syracuse Southern Miss Temple UConn Virginia Tech Wake Forest West Virginia Plus, any other ACC schools not swallowed up by the SEC or B1G like possibly Miami, NC State or Duke.
