Even though they would rank fairly high in expansion scenarios for the Big-10 and SEC, if there’s any school that would hate being a small fish in a big pond it’s them (although people said the same thing about Texas). They would probably have to go it alone too, since I can’t see those two conferences wanting other NC schools (although the Big-10 could conceivably take Duke and the SEC NCSU).
